Skagit Valley REACH Center Open!
The Skagit Valley REACH Center is open. Thanks to all who have supported this effort. A special "shout out" (is that still "in") to Jeff, Katherine, Tina, Kari and Rob - the staff of the center - and the volunteers who jumped in in the first few days.
